The Partnership for Community Excellence is a program of California Forward, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization working to bring government closer to the people and move the state in the right direction - forward. The Partnership is focused on the successful implementation of prison realignment with a mission to provide information and assistance to enable county officials and local criminal justice agencies to build capacity, culture, infrastructure and integrated systems necessary to successfully implement Realignment and improve public safety outcomes.
California Reentry Council Network (CRCN)
The CRCN is a statewide network to connect local reentry councils, roundtables, and task forces to each other and to promote information and resource sharing aimed to improve reentry outcomes for people returning to local communities after release from jails and prisons.
